We are seeking an experienced and motivated Firm Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will scout new accounting and bookkeeping firms, present our innovative services, and manage their integration into our system. Your efforts will play a key role in building and maintaining lasting relationships that ensure the success of both the firms and our company.
Proactively identify and engage potential new firm clients, presenting our unique offerings and services.
Lead the signing process for new firms and manage their onboarding with support from our admin and technical teams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with firm owners to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.
Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Client Acquisition Agents to align strategies and maximize client outcomes.
Monitor key performance indicators, such as closing ratios and net promoter scores, to track and report firm success.
Adhere to and update Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring compliance across the team.
Proven track record in account management, business development, or sales within the accounting or professional services sectors.
Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively promoting our services.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster and maintain positive client relationships.
Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside diverse teams to achieve business goals.
Analytical ability to utilize performance metrics for strategic planning and decision-making.
Proficiency with CRM tools and a solid understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
