We are seeking an experienced and motivated Firm Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will scout new accounting and bookkeeping firms, present our innovative services, and manage their integration into our system. Your efforts will play a key role in building and maintaining lasting relationships that ensure the success of both the firms and our company.
Identify and engage with potential new clients based on the firm’s target market and specifications.
Present the offerings of our firm owner clients to potential new clients.
Lead the process of signing new clients and passing them to the firm’s onboarding team, utilizing both automation and personal outreach.
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.
Collaborate closely with Firm Owners, the Campaign Manager, and Firm Account Managers to ensure cohesive strategies and successful outcomes.
Track and monitor key success metrics, including closing ratios, net promoter scores, and other performance indicators.
Provide regular reports on client success and relationship health to stakeholders.
Update, add, and follow Standard Operating Procedures, as well as ensure other team members do as well.
Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably within the accounting or professional services sector.
Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey our offerings to potential clients.
Excellent relationship-building and management skills to maintain positive, long-term client engagements.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Analytical skills to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Use of CRM tracking tools, and an understanding of services in the accounting industries.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a success-based compensation model.
