Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of getaccountants20.com and/or Find Your Pro, owned by A20 Connect Inc. dba Accountants 2.0(the “Company”). These terms are in addition to the standard terms and conditions found at accountants20.com/terms-and-conditions. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these additional terms.
General Terms of Use
GetAccountants20.com helps individuals, families, companies, and organizations (collectively “Users”) match with accounting and related service providers (“Service Providers”) based on their specific needs and criteria.
Meeting Terms and Fees
Free Meetings:
Users are entitled to up to three (3) free meetings with Service Providers.
Paid Meetings:
After the third meeting, Users will be charged $25 per meeting, billed automatically at the time of booking.
No-Show Fee:
If a User fails to attend a scheduled meeting without rescheduling, a $25 no-show fee will be applied. This policy ensures that neither our time nor the time of the high-caliber Service Providers we match you with is wasted.
Refunds and Cancellations
Meetings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance to avoid the no-show fee. Refunds will not be provided for attended meetings.
Payment Terms
Payments are charged automatically after the third free meeting. Users must ensure their payment information is valid and up to date.
Any failed payments will incur a $50 fee, and service will be suspended until payment is made. Outstanding balances not resolved within 7 days will incur a 5% late fee per 30 days.
Matching Process
Users will be matched with Service Providers one at a time, based on their unique criteria and situation. We expect most Users will find the right match within 1 or 2 meetings.
Non-Circumvention
Users agree not to bypass the Site by directly engaging with Service Providers introduced through the platform. Any violation may result in termination and potential legal action.
Services and Other Purchases
In addition to accounting services, the Site may market and offer additional services or third-party products. These purchases are subject to their own terms, presented at the time of purchase.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Site for misuse, violation of these terms, or failure to comply with payment obligations.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in our standard terms and conditions, located at accountants20.com/terms-and-conditions.
